September 15-16, 2001
On Saturday, September 15, about 25 club
members, spouses, and children turned out to do the planting on the first
phase of the Pilot Butte project. We got the irrigation installed and
close to a 1000 plants, shrubs and trees planted and we did it all in spite
of an early morning rainstorm. Sunday, Walt Schloer and Rust Gilchrist
complete the work on the irrigation system and we are proud to report that
Phase I is now complete. THANK YOU EVERYONE.
